El Rey Pier is a collectable vista spot featured in Need for Speed (2015) that can be collected at any time.
Stopping near the vista spot will show a view prompt in the corner of the screen. Viewing the vista spot will add it to the player's collection of viewed vista spots.
Location
The vista spot can be found at the end of the east mooring at El Rey Pier.
