A Forced Induction item is a performance part featured in Need for Speed (2015).
Forced Induction delivers compressed air into an engine through two differing methods; turbochargers and superchargers.
- A Turbocharger delivers compressed air into the engine by spinning a turbine using exhaust gas that is connected to an air compressor. The increase in power produced will be delayed based on the size of the turbo.
- A Supercharger delivers compressed air into the engine by spinning two screws along the intake port using a belt, chain or shaft. The increase in power produced requires the engine to already produce power at a certain threshold to spin a supercharger.
