It was introduced as part of Volume 2 and is accessible in Lakeshore Online.

It has three events allowing between one to eight players to participate.

It can be initiated within the free roam segment of Lakeshore Online at the Jefferson Meetup location in the Jefferson Hills district of Lakeshore.

Each player's choice of car is limited to those with a Tier S+ performance rating between 330 to 400+ for all events in the playlist.
