It is the final part of the Rival Challenge event against Blacklist #6 - Ming - within the career mode. It is preceded by the Little Italy Circuit event.
Route
The route starts in Gray Point near North Bay and continues southbound to Masterson Naval Shipyard. Players will then race northbound towards Rosewood College Campus. There are eight speedtraps along the route.
