Born in 2002 and of Angolan heritage, he moved to Lakeshore to pursue his dream of becoming a doctor. His love of Goth culture and music contrasting his positive disposition make him a stand out member of lakeshore's street racing scene.

As the first rival of round 2 in the Underground League, progress towards his objectives can only be earned from May 28, 2024 and after the player has defeated #10 in the Underground League: Ross.
