The Peugeot 206 S16 is a small compact car, which featured the second most powerful engine the 206 series had offered. Praised for its agility and overall performance, it is a sporty vehicle in its class.

Need for Speed: Underground

Compared to other starter cars in Need for Speed: Underground, the 206 has similar specifications to the MX-5, such as acceleration and handling. However, gamers may want to use another car over the 206 in a later stage of the game, as it will no longer keep up with other cars, even if heavily tuned.

Need for Speed: Underground 2

The 206 in Need for Speed: Underground 2 performs similarly, if not the same, to its counterpart in the game's prequel. Due to the larger range of vehicles, it isn't one of the best cars to use, even if tuned properly, because of its lacking skill and low top speed and acceleration.
