The Phantom appears in the PlayStation release of Need for Speed: High Stakes as a class AAA car.
It is unlocked after winning the GT Racing Championship, although it is also unlocked if the player chooses "flash" as their username.
It is useful for Hot Pursuit events, as it has slightly less speed and acceleration compared to the Titan, but handles much better in corners whilst having a similar mass.
