Regional Club Circuit is the second tournament featured in the PlayStation release of Need for Speed: High Stakes.
Finishing in the top three unlocks Kindiak Park in the PAL releases or Durham Road in the NTSC releases.
Finishing in first place finish unlocks the International Open Road Tour special event. The HSV Pro Cup will be also unlocked in the Australian release.
