It is offered after the player beats event #104: "Drift Devil".
Winning the event allows the player to proceed to four events:
- Event #106: "#1 Racer"
- Event #107: "Drag King"
- Event #108: "Drift Champ"
- Event #109: "Sprint Supremacy"
