SEAT is a Spanish car manufacturer owned by Volkswagen and founded in 1950.
Although its cars are mostly based on Volkswagen platform models, SEAT is known for having a large history in motorsports racing. A prime example is SEAT's success in the World Touring Car Championship (WTCC).
