The Need for Speed[]
The Scooter appears in the 3DO release of Road & Track Presents: The Need for Speed.
It is only available as a hidden opponent vehicle, replacing the X-Man's car choice in a race.
It can be activated through the use of a cheat code: play a race for at least 10 seconds, go into instant replay and rewind to the very beginning of the replay buffer. On a second controller, press R, down, and B simultaneously. Quit the race and start it again to race against a scooter.
