"Scouting Report" is event #29 of Underground Mode in Need for Speed: Underground.
It is offered after the player beats event #26: "Keep Them Coming" alongside two other events:
- Event #27: "Wrong Place, Right Time"
- Event #28: "Loud And Proud"
Winning all three events allows the player to proceed to event #30, the fifth tournament of Underground Mode: "Dead Calm".
Synopsis[]
Todd, a member of The Eastsiders, is the player's next target on the Drag Rankings leader board, but Todd doesn't want let them win a drag event without putting up a challenge.
