"Skirt the Issue" is event #84 of Underground Mode in Need for Speed: Underground.
It is offered alongside events #81: "Round And Round And Round We Go", #82: "Moving On Up", and #83: "Dragging On" after the player beats event #80: "First Dibs".
Beating all four events allows the player to proceed to event #85: "High Profile" and event #86: "Four Play".
