"Style Guide" is event #16 of Underground Mode in Need for Speed: Underground.
It is offered after the player beats event #15: "Jail Break" alongside three other events:
- Event #17: "New Kids in Town"
- Event #18: "A Glowing Reception"
- Event #19: "The Only Way to Go Is Up"
Winning all four events allows the player to proceed to event #20, the fourth tournament of Underground Mode: "Saturday Night Drive".
Synopsis[]
Jose has improved the performance of his car and warns the player to watch out for his new competitive edge.
After the race, Eddie acknowledges the player is starting to gain a reputation within the street racing scene, but it quickly turns into a backhanded compliment with him also outlining they're doing well despite having no skills, no crew, and that they look like a dork, to which he remarks doesn't impress him.
