"The New Muscle In Town" is event #42 of Underground Mode in Need for Speed: Underground.
It is offered after the player beats events #39: "Inner City Knockout", #40: "Play the Spoiler", and #41: "Crosstown Dash".
Winning the event allows the player to proceed to three events:
- Event #43: "Where There's Smoke, There's..."
- Event #44: "Get Sideways"
- Event #45: "No Way, Jose"
