"The Perfect Shift" is event #4 of Underground Mode in Need for Speed: Underground.
It is the first drag event of Underground Mode and is offered alongside five other events:
- Event #1: "Jose's Got Your Back"
- Event #2: "Last One There Is A Rotten Egg"
- Event #3: "It's All About Style And Finesse"
- Event #5: "Last Place Is A Bad Place To Be"
Winning all five events allows the player to proceed to event #6, the first tournament of Underground Mode: "Rookie Tournament".
Synopsis[]
Klutch contacts the player to enter their first drag event. He introduces himself and jeers the player over their chances of finishing the event.
