Udo Roth is the leader of League 73 in Need for Speed: Payback. He is a brash off-road racer that claims his name stands for "Unidentified Driving Object."

Udo appears during chapter 2 - 'Desert Winds' - of the career. He introduces himself following Mac challenging his crew; League 73. Initially, he doesn't see Mac as an off-road racer, calling him 'Fresh Meat.'
After a while, he challenges Mac to a race and loses, admitting that Mac is 'legit off-road', and after Mac beats Faith Jones in chapter 4 - 'Open Skies', Udo calls Mac to tell him that he, and his crew, have got their backs for the Outlaw's Rush.
During the Outlaw's Rush, Udo assists Tyler by smashing into cops that were in pursuit across Liberty Desert.
