The Volkswagen 1600 TL (Type 31) is a compact car built by Volkswagen from 1965 to 1973.
Launched in 1965, the TL is the Fastback variant of the Type 3, and the sporty model of the lineup, being powered by an 1600cc F4 engine.[1]
