Waterfront & Highway 99 is a Tollbooth event that appears in Need for Speed: Most Wanted.
It is a prerequisite race event for challenging Blacklist #8 - Jewels - within the career mode. It also appears in event 25 of the Challenge Series with a maximum cop probability.
Route[]
The route starts at Cascade Industrial Park, then leads onto Highway 99. Players will then race southbound through Rosewood, then race along Highway 99 to Highlander Stadium.

- The route also appears in a reversed direction as Skyview & Waterfront, which is a prerequisite race event for challenging Blacklist #9 - Earl.
