"Where There's Smoke, There's..." is event #43 of Underground Mode in Need for Speed: Underground.
It is offered alongside events #44: "Get Sideways" and #45: "No Way, Jose" after the player beats event #42: "The New Muscle In Town".
Winning all three events allows the player to proceed to event #46: "Double Klutch".
